Vinification: Drying of grapes in aired attic, then natural fermentation with wild yeast and ageing in French oak barrels
Ripening: 11-month ageing on the lees

Alcohol content: 15% vol


Tasting notes

Poweful and complex red wine, pleasant to drink; it goes well with red meat and ripened cheese. Perfect serving temperature18-20°C.
