In the Cellar

Vinification: Natural fermentation with native yeast in French oak barrels
Ripening: 11-month ageing on the lees in barrique and 3 months in stainless steel drums
Quantity of bottles produced per year: Approximately 1200
Alcohol content: 15% Vol

 

Tasting notes

Dry elegant and complex white wine, with excellent structure and freshness; long aging potential. This italian Sauvignon goes well with first courses as well as second courses. Perfect serving temperature10-12°C.
