Vineyard treament: Ground cover treatment with copper and mined sulphur
Soil preparation: Spontaneous grass


In the Cellar

Vinification: Natural fermentation with native yeast in French oakbarrique, then malolactic fermentation
Ripening: 11-month ageing on the lees in barrique and 3-month ageing in stainless steel drums
Quantity of bottles produced per year: Approximately 2.500
Alcohol content: 14 % Vol
