Vinification: Natural fermentation with native yeast in French oak barrique
Ripening: 8 month-ageing on the lees

Alcohol content: 14 % Vol


Tasting notes

Italian dry white wine with good minerality and intense freshness; it goes well with fish and meat; perfect for an aperitivo. Perfect serving temperature 10-12°C.
