Harvesting: Clusters are selected, picked by hand and carefully placed in in small crates

Vineyard treament: Ground cover treatment with copper and mined sulphur
Soil preparation: Spontaneous grass


In the Cellar

Vinification: Drying of grapes in aired attic, then natural fermentation with wild yeast and ageing in French oak barrels
Ripening: 11-month on the lees
Quantity of bottles produced per year: Approximately 2.000
Alcohol content: 13 % Vol

Elegant, quite sweet and fresh white wine. This Italian Verduzzo Wine can be enjoyed as aperitivo or paired with savory and spicy dishes. Perfect serving temperature10-12°C.
