Vinification: Natural fermentation with wild yeast instainless steeldrums
Ripening: 8-month ageing on the lees in barrique

Alcohol content: 13 % Vol

 

Tasting notes

Dry, fresh, fruity and sapid red wine; this Italian Merlot Wine goes well with second courses and ripened cheese. Perfect serving temperature 16-18°C.
